We manufacture adapters that convert a wheel mounting pattern from 4 to 5 studs.
We lay out the holes so that no empty, unused holes are left in the adapter.
Catalogue adapters are drilled for several bolt patterns at once. The holes you do not use stay in the material and weaken it exactly where the loads are highest. We make the adapter for one specific pattern only.

- Why are empty holes a problem?
- Every unused hole removes material from the load-bearing area and creates a stress raiser. An adapter drilled for one pattern keeps its full cross-section.
- What do you need to quote?
- The source and target bolt patterns, hub and wheel centre bore, adapter thickness and the fastener type.
